we returned to a property we built a horse sand school (menage) for last year to build some new stables for the client for their expanding herd of horses.
Due to the selling off of one building for development we removed 4 internal walls and 1 structural wall to open a former workshop space up for production line uses.
strange one for us filling a reinforced concrete pit we built 18 months ago due to reorganisation of the production line, we built a new pit 20m from this one and then poured 10m3 into this pit. there was 18m3 in the original pit see this post ….
To complete the large side extension we had built for the client, we installed fencing, yorkstone paving, stairs, porch and a gravel parking area.
We were commissioned to install a forklift protection barrier system of our design utilising a stock of onsite 12m rsj beams from a old mezzanine floor. these were installed with 20mm bolts to with stand a 3 ton truck striking them.
Working for our long standing client Harrison Spinks the premier UK bed and component manufacturer we updated the welfare facilities in one of their units to match the other welfare facility improvements we have performed for .them.

Working With My Fathers Property Company Langcross Ltd we worked on this project from braking ground to hand over to the successful buyer on completion, 14 month project including 6.5m deep sewers, 7m sheet pilling and 3m basement excavation. 520m2 concrete slab and all subsequent groundworks drainage, landscaping and assisting with construction.
